Privacy Policy for Košík Sale Organizer

Košík Sale Organizer is an independent, unofficial browser extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Košík.cz.

Data Processed

The extension processes data locally in your browser on supported Košík.cz sale and clearance pages, including:

• Rendered page content, product cards, category links, and structured page metadata
• Product identifiers, categories, prices, discounts, labels, stock availability, and expected restock information
• Košík.cz JSON responses used to organize products and keep extension-created cards current
• Signed-in favorite state used to show favorite controls and the Favorite deals section
• Cart product identifiers and quantities used to display cart state and perform user-requested cart changes

The extension does not use product-name keyword guessing to categorize products.

Network Requests

The extension has host access only to https://www.kosik.cz/. It may request product, category, stock, favorite, and cart information directly from Košík.cz. Browser credentials may be included so Košík.cz can return the same information available to the signed-in page.

Favorite and cart changes occur only after user interaction and are sent directly to Košík.cz. The extension does not access or store the user's password, process payments, or store payment information.

The extension has no developer-operated backend. It does not send data to the developer or unrelated third parties. Košík.cz requests remain subject to Košík.cz's own terms and privacy practices.

Storage And Retention

The extension uses Chrome local storage to save preferences such as language, hidden categories, category order, sort mode, and minimum-discount filter. These preferences remain until reset, extension removal, or extension-data deletion.

The page hook may keep a limited rolling set of compact Košík.cz product and category JSON payloads in the current tab's session storage. This temporary data supports categorization and troubleshooting. It is normally deleted when the tab or page session ends or when Košík.cz site data is cleared.

The extension creates no developer-controlled server retention because it does not transmit data to a developer server.

Clipboard

Category and debug reports are prepared only when the user presses a copy action. The extension writes the requested report to the clipboard or displays it for manual copying. Clipboard content is not transmitted by the extension. Reports may contain page URLs, product or category details, and diagnostic counts, so users should review them before sharing.

No Tracking Or Monetization

The extension contains no:

• Analytics or telemetry
• Advertising
• AI or machine-learning service calls
• Remote code
• External developer backend
• Sale, rental, or transfer of user data
• Profiling for advertising, credit, insurance, or unrelated purposes

Deletion

To delete saved preferences, remove the extension in chrome://extensions or clear its extension data. To delete temporary captured page data, close the Košík.cz tab or clear site data for kosik.cz. Clipboard reports can be replaced by copying other content or cleared with operating-system clipboard controls.

Children's Privacy

The extension is not directed toward children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when extension behavior changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
